| Description: |
• Emphasize on design and engineering coordination, approvals, liaising with the contractor for handing over requirements, oversee the construction supervision, snag lists and final commissioning procedures.
• Will have a thorough understanding of sequencing and the building process as opposed to project planning and have knowledge of the relationship of mechanical and electrical coordination and access in relation to the completed spaces.
• Have an ability to maintain relationships and control all on-site fit out activities and have a knowledge of high end apartment fit out in the middle East, high end hotel fit out in the middle East including conference, lobby spaces etc.
• Will have knowledge of other projects to benchmark the project against in regard to quality.
• He/she will have a fast clear decision making ability within the existing project procedures, control and closure of snag list items and commissioning procedures and ability to work with contractor’s programme which will vary dependant on deliveries.
• BSc in Architecture/Interior Design and minimum12-14 years of experience in a similar role are essential.
• High rise buildings experience minimum G+30+floors is a must for this role.
