Job Description
* Contribute to the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant
* Clean and prepare the section
* Stock and keep the waiter station neat and organized
* Help keep the restaurant organized and tidy
* Respect of brand uniform and its upkeep
* Take part in the welcoming and the comfort of all guests
* Be professional and embody the brand image
* Smile and be cheerful
* Anticipate guests needs
* Be friendly with guests and keep a respectful attitude
* Be totally familiar with the composition of all menu items
* Flow of service
* Check the correct setup of waiter station
* Take care of customers: welcome, seating, serving
* Be available for customers requests
* Ensure quality of service and served items
* Check customer’s satisfaction
* Detect particular needs
* Listen to suggestion and respond
* Thank customers for their visits
* Clear tables and restock waiter stations
* Teamwork
* Maintain good relations with the restaurant colleagues in all departments
* Support and participate in the activities of the team
* Attend meetings and training courses as required
* Respect other colleagues differences and assist them when needed
* Welcome and assist newly arrived team members.
Candidate should be fluent in spoken and written english.
Required: Should have a degree / diploma oe minimum 3-10 years experience.
