A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Transport Modeller to head the Transportation Group in Melbourne. You will be working with one of the world’s most respected consultancies who have an expanding workload. You will be providing advice and business development expertise and delivering major projects. You will have the opportunity to develop your team as you see fit. You must be able to demonstrate sound technical ability.
The role:
• Business development (both locally and internationally)
• Preparation of tenders
• Management and development of junior members of the team.
• The development and maintenance of individual traffic assignment models and multi-modal models for appraising major transport planning schemes
• Providing technical inputs on local, regional and international projects
• Further develop transport modelling, engineering and planning expertise within the Melbourne office

| Capacités Requises: |
Your Experience:
• You should have had 10+ yrs in this industry with a private consultancy (or private and public sector experience).
• You should have experience in:
o team leading
o project management
o building client relationships
• You will be involved in development and regeneration schemes in and around Victoria with an additional focus on international projects.
• You will have significant experience in traffic Modelling preferably in micro-simulation however strategic modellers will also be considered for the position.
