Designation :- Regional Marketing Manager
Experience:- 4 - 6 years
Industry:- Architectural Hardware / Construction.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
Serve as Liaison between the company and distributor/dealer being a visionary of the company for the specified market (area).
Generate business for the distributor by identifying new customers personally and through various other leads.
Make presentation of the products at every potential enquiry.
Keep healthy relations with builders, architects, potential customers, hotels, Institutions etc.
Formulate strategies for the specified area for maximizing sales as well as profitability.
Execute display of products at the distributor`s/dealer`s showroom at the best terms.
Manage the exhibitions and keep a portfolio of customers and potential customers.
Manage and execute the Architects` meet or builders` meet or any other event required at your specified city/state.
Execute brand building exercise at every opportunity.
Provide customer oriented services at all times relating to specific sales issues always keeping into consideration a reasonable profit margin for the distributor/dealer.
Monitor and work to keep control of the distributors ROI.
Help the distributor to keep perfect accounts of individual clients, infrastructure, other employees and most important, accounts with the company.
Provide inputs on selling skill, product information, stock keeping and accounting to the distributor`s staff.
Follow-up on logistics and supply chain so as to ensure that delivery and commitments are being met.

Roles and Responsibilities:-
Identify potential parties in your area to be prospective Distributors.
Making new Distributors in your specified states.
Recruiting of Regional Marketing Managers, educating them and to keep constant liaison with them with a perspective to build a strong and profitable business.
To keep a constant track on all marketing opportunities and upcoming ultra big projects in your region with the help of the Regional MM.
