We`re a French-American family living in central Osaka, looking for some occasional babysitting help. We have two kids, a boy (4) and a girl (1.5). Our normal babysitter is leaving Japan in a few weeks, and we`re looking for a replacement. The kids speak French, English, and Japanese, so please only apply if you are a fluent speaker of one of those languages.
The job is not a fixed time period, but normally we need someone to come one weekend a month, on Friday or Saturday evening, to keep the kids for 4-5 hours while we go out for dinner or a movie. Schedule is flexible.
We definitely need someone to keep the kids after school the week of May 18. This involves picking the kids up from school near our home at 3:30, taking them back to our house, giving baths and dinner, and getting them ready for bed. The work is from May 18-22, every day, from 3:30-6:30. I will be in London that week, and unable to pick the kids up from school.
We pay 1500 JPY per hour, both for the weekday sitting and for weekend/evenings. Transportation fees are negotiable.
Experience with kids is preferable, but not an absolute requirement. Of course you need to like kids, be friendly, and responsible. We need someone reliable who will not cancel at the last minute. If you think this is a good job for you, please just drop me an e-mail or apply online. |
