Our client is seeking a highly experienced Payroll Coordinator for a permanent role based in Doha, Qatar.
The role of the Payroll Coordinator is to assist the Human Resource Services Manager to oversee and process the day-to-day Payroll transactions.
He / she shall assist the Human Resource Services Manager in maintaining the Payroll System. As required, he / she shall also work in tandem with the Personnel Coordinator / Recruitment Coordinator to assist in HR planning and operations
Major Duties And Responsibilities
1 Prepare, Process and Check the day to day operations of the Payroll division of Human Resource.
2 Maintain and Process overtime entries as well as On-Call and Shift Allowances, manually and/or systematically.
3 Execute leave payments and leave encashment and other employees’ benefits such as loans and salary advances.
4 Works with the Personnel Coordinator and Recruitment Coordinator to develop and implement strategies and plans for HR operations.
5 Handle all payroll-related discrepancies.
6 Participates in the Centre’s committees or workgroups as required.
7 Assume any other responsibilities as directed by the Human Resource Services Manager within the scope of the Payroll Coordinator
Job Requirements
A Education, Training And Experience
1 Degree or Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (or equivalent).
2 Literate in MS Office applications.
3 Good knowledge in Payroll systems
4 At least 5 years’ relevant working experience
