As our Asian Chef de Cuisine you will be managing the kitchen of one of our outlets which specialises in Seafood. You will have at least 5 years experience as an Asian seafood chef and will therefore have strong knowledge of seafood and how the different ways of cooking it. Given that you will be managing the kitchen team you must have a passion for seafood and be willing to impart your knowledge with your team. You will be leading a team of 7 so you will need to possess strong communication and leadership skills.
