We have a vacancy for a Tool & Die Maker for our companies in Uganda and Tanzania.
Our group is a progressive group and has operations in Eastern and Central Africa and provides its customers with value added products , services and innovative solutions. We serve multiple industries through their diverse product range. Our business portfolio comprises of Aluminium, Steel and Plastics Industries involved in aluminium metling, casting, rolling, machining, plastics recycling, extrusion and rotomoulding.
Job Responsibilities:
Relationship with existing workers and new business development , leading the team , achieving innovative target through the team and motivating the team.
Should be able to provide direction & leadership to a multi locational engineering team.
Make presentations to develop new products
Have thorough knowledge of all tool and die making and maintenance processes and be able to handle jobs competently
Be willing to work odd hours in order to meet production targets
We are looking for a talented , experienced , enthusiastic , self-motivated individual who is willing to take up challenges and possess:
- Excellent team leading skills
- Excellent communication skills and speak fluent English and Hindi
- Ability to handle launch of new products. |
