Australian Tax Analyst - Should be well versed with preparation of Austrialian Individual / Business Tax Returns and be capable of mentoring other team members.
You will manage a group of Tax Preparers (TPs) and Customer Support Associates (CSAs) carrying the overall responsibility to research, Plan, prepare, review and coordinate the Australian individual/Business Tax Return Planning and Preparation Process by analyzing, researching and identifying client planning scope, and accurately and timely filing tax returns resolving escalations in the most diligent manner that a practicing environment demands. You are responsible for conducting an ethical and desirable tax practice scope yet achieve identifiable planning gaps for maximizing your client’s tax savings.
CPA or CA Australia - Fully or Partly Qualified.
Position at Hyderabad or Noida, India. Transferable to any International Location after 2 years of continued Employment. with IBSN.
Position demands extremely proficient skills in communication (Written & Spoken) with a strong hand in MS office and high commitment to work in a stressful job condition.
Salary Fixed + Performance Variable and always negotiable for the deserving best.

Australian Tax Research, Planning & Preparation; This position also involves driving functional training/mentoring initiatives. You will be responsible for assessing training needs, developing training materials, building training plans and conduct ongoing training programs for staff members. This role requires good content development, training delivery, planning, presentation, and organizing skills. With multi-functional responsibility, this position demands team leadership/entrepreneural qualities and willingness to work in challenging / stressful work conditions. |
