On behalf of the client, we are looking for Railway Construction Professionals .
Reports to: Track Works Engineer
The Track Works Foreman is responsible for:
Be responsible for implementation of daily work schedule.
To supervise the execution of the rail works.
Implement project quality and safety plan.
In cooperation with track work engineer he should plan the requirements of materials for track laying, and siding.
Normal Construction Hours: 10 hrs a day, 6 days a week

| Capacités Requises: |
10 years on track work experience in the Railroad Industry.
Ability to supervise and coordinate all the track laying and siding activities.
Sound working knowledge of current track laying and siding maintenance techniques and Practices.
Knowledge of the standard practices, tools, and terminology of tack laying and siding.
Ability to discuss and resolve problems.
Knowledge of pertinent statutory requirements including:
Environmental Protection.
Quality Assurance Principles.
Workplace Health & Safety
Sound written and oral communication skills.
Sound literacy and numeracy skills.
Diploma or Certificate, at least two years of education in Technical School are Desirable but not Essential.
Excellent knowledge of the English Language
A high level of communication skills, leadership and the ability to exercise initiative within the scope of the position’s responsibility.
A commitment towards teamwork building, aiming to enhance morale, team spirit and productivity. |
