Candidates will be required to submit at least two sample grant applications thatthat they themselves have written , preferably for technology-related grants.
Write single consolidated grant application for all District agencies in conjunction with NGOs for competitive Broadband Technical Opportunity Program (BTOP) grant. Application will be very broad-based and will seek funding for a number of wired and wireless broadband solutions, as well as computer training and hardware. Both public safety and non-public safety uses will be included.
