To guarantee functionality of the workstations and servers at this customer site. The position requires you to work independently in a fast-paced environment. On a daily basis interact with colleagues at other Outsourcing sites and with users at your own site with various level of competence.

Also, we believe that you:
- have a University Degree in Computer Science or IT Management
- have excellent understanding of Microsoft NT4/2000/XP operating systems and desktop applications including MS Office
- Good understanding of email systems including Exchange/Outlook 2000/2003 and Lotus Notes
- Good understanding of Windows 2000/2003 Server installation, configuration and maintenance
- Good understanding of networking principles
- Good hardware diagnostic skills e.g. printers, scanners etc. |
