Our client is a Swedish Expert in support for online companies, efficiently producing outsourcing solutions for online companies. Besides the call centers, which provide customer service around the clock, they also specialize in other areas that often form a significant element of customer service for Internet and media companies, including moderation, fraud & abuse management and payment handling (escrow services).
The person must take full responsibility for the operation of the assignment(s) in order to:
• Maximize profitability and ensure service levels by always balancing efficiency in the use of human resources with quality in the provision of the service.
• Maintain and extend the relationship with the client in order to clarify their expectations and deliver agreed services as well as identifying up-selling opportunities.
• Assume responsibility for the people aspect of the assignment(s) and adopt a hands-on approach in the recruitment, training, performance monitoring, coaching and leadership of Team Leaders within the assignment(s).
• Revise operational practices and increase productivity aspects to maintain economic targets/goals.
• Approach Country Manager and propose new processes and working opportunities for the client in order to maximize efficiency & consolidate the working relationship.
• To take necessary actions regarding staff management. |

This position represents an excellent opportunity for the right person as the Company is a young and rapidly expanding organization worldwide.
The right candidate must preferably have a University Degree together with a hands on approach. A minimum of 5 years managerial experience will be considered essential. having worked in a multi-cultural environment and on account management will be considered beneficial.
The person must have excellent written and spoken French and a good level of written and spoken English. The candidate must have very good computer skills. |
