A well-respected organization continuing to expand is looking for a Physical Therapist with leadership skills to manage a leading skilled nursing facility in Mississippi.
As a Physical Therapist General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
• Managing employees and overseeing day-to-day operations.
• Attending monthly management meetings, completing monthly/quarterly reports, overseeing and assisting in developing a budget
• Writing annual staff reviews and developing skill competencies
• Assisting in the hiring process to support growth and training when necessary.

• Minimum of a Bachelor`s degree from an accredited college or university
• Valid state license or equivalent in PT at the clinical level in the state(s) where services are rendered.
• 2+ years of practice experience desired; Managerial/supervisor experience preferred |
