Senior Recruitment Consultant
Description
Experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant is required to join our ever expanding recruitment team in our Head office in Yarm in the North East England to Manage and operate our Health & Safety and Environmental sector.
Responsibility for the supervision and direction of the Health & Safety and Environmental Division and existing recruitment consultants, with an emphasis on day to day deliverables including achieving call targets and monitoring CVs sent.
Ability to understand and delegate current live requirements to recruitment consultants.
Ensure correct use of the Data Base and Web Site and that all work is performed to LBH Consultants high standards.
Ability to introduce and successfully market LBH Consultants to new clients and have a high level of client rapour to develop existing clients.
Demonstrate an area of specialization and secure new clients within this market sector.
Account management of existing clients, including client visits where appropriate.
Middle East experience either working directly or living in the region would be an advantage.
Assist with on the job training for team members, with an emphasis on the management and allocation of time.
Ability to negotiate commercial terms with clients.
Lead by example to other LBH Consultants recruitment consultants in terms of day to day recruitment, which remains the key part of the role.
