Job Specification:
Required for our client who is manufacturers of Modular switchboard and control panels in South India with base from range of industries, from public service to commercial and residential.
We are looking for Sales Engineers who are hardcore with selling instinct to achieve the targets and rewarded.
The Role:
• Ability to work in a team of sales engineers and to estimate indigently the targeted customers and achieve beyond the targets. Motivate & guide the junior sales team for marketing of Panel boards to user industries and commercial establishments. To involve and support the senior marketing team on the process estimation, costing, quotations and back end marketing Activities.
• Responsible to identify and development of new Clients for Electrical panel Board and controls panels within a defined geographical area.
• Promoting the range of products through specification to Industrial units, Commercial complexes contractors, local authorities and consulting engineers.
The Candidate
• You must have proven specification sales experience within the industry.
• You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent presentation, relationship, team building and communication skills and a record of target achievement.
• You will be an independent and motivated self starter, capable of using your own initiative and going the extra mile to win business and keep the customer satisfied.
