Key Result Areas
Policies and systems for HR management exist and operate effectively in the Unit. These comply with employment laws in Malaysia and are consistent with ABM Group policies
Quality and timeliness of advice meets management`s requirement. No unresolved HR issues that impede achievement of business objectives of each department
Training plans exist to meet identified needs of the Unit as a whole and individual departments.
Assistance provided to management in identifying Training Needs and implementing Programs to meet needs
Timeliness of response to staffing requests meets management needs. This includes sourcing, conducting interviews together with function heads making offers maintaining internal parity and recruitment/induction.
Employee Programs and activities are implemented within the Unit to foster development and team work culture.
