French/ English Customer Service Representative
Location: Brno, Czech Republic
Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations
- Manages customer expectations and executes on contractual compliance.
- All customer issue pertaining to technical support of Voice, Video and Data communications products
- Document a chronology of events and actions required resolving customer issues.
- Provides coordination of technical resources across multiple groups
- Document and publish issues/resolutions in a knowledge transfer database
- Detail orientated with ability to accurately document customer’s verbal/electronic requests
and technical updates into a CRM application
- Provide accurate documentation of information, characterizes problems to develop corrective actions plans.
- Work closely with other departments and external customers to create or update user, customer/site and
contract information within all CRM tools used
Work schedule:
- 12 hour shift working 4 days one week and 3 days the following.
possibility of day shifts or Night shifts Customer Service Representative.
Technical Background
- Great problem solving and characterization skills
- Ability to understand problems, apply problem solving skills to develop and test solutions
- Specialty courses or certification from Microsoft, Cisco, A+, etc. is an asset
- Understanding of Networking, Computer O/S, mobile O/S applications required
- Two to three years support center/helpdesk experience is a plus

| Capacités Requises: |
Specific Knowledge/Skills
- At least 1 plus year experience working in a Call Center environment, or other customer interface environment
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Additional knowledge of one of the following languages: Spanish, German or French will be an advantage
- Ability to diagnose problems, proper analysis of the various parts of a problem, development of logical solutions
- Quick adaptation to unique customer requirements and situations
- Quality program initiatives, product availability goals and multi-tasking skills are desired skill sets
