Our Client has its headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden, and with offices in Malta and Malaysia. It produces efficient outsourcing solutions for online companies.
The candidate must achieve service metrics and performance goals by delighting each customer. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Swedish. Customer service experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work with and become a part of a winning team. The person must possess a pleasant and friendly demeanor with a willingness to assist internal and external clients.

| Capacités Requises: |
The job requires that you are fluent in Swedish both in reading, writing and speaking. You also have to speak basic English and be computer literate. Experience from work with Internet services and/or customer service experience is regarded as an asset. Since there are a lot of different nationalities working in the office you should also be willing to work in a multi-cultural environment.
