gem, a European Multilingual Contact Centre based in Belfast city centre are currently recruiting customer service/technical support for MSN.
MSN is one of the world’s best known technology and software companies. Its dedicated team provides multi lingual front line technical support within many product groups. gem handles a total of 1 million incidents annually. MSN support Danish, Finnish, Dutch, French, Norwegian and Swedish.
Main duties include working on a number of Microsoft products such as messenger, live mail and hotmail to provide customer service and technical support via email.
Hours of Work:
Monday-Sunday 8am-6pm (Rotational Shift Pattern)
gem`s Relocation Package:
Reimbursement of travel costs up to 150 Euros
Accommodation provided on arrival in a city centre bed and breakfast
Relocation officers on site
