Are you a seasoned and self-driven Internet Marketing professional lookign for a great, new opportunity? MPOWER Labs creates innovative financial services products that target the world`s under-banked and under-served customers. We operate programs in a variety of countries and languages, including all continents except Antarctica. We are currently seeking an Internet Marketing Director to drive low-cost traffic to our various web sites.
Primary duties include:
Creating a comprehensive online marketing plan for our sites using all appropriate channels (SEO, SEM, Ad Networks, affiliate networks, social networks, blogging networks, E-mail lists, SMS campaigns, etc.)
Creating and managing an appropriate analytics strategy
Evaluating and learning from competitive marketing actions
Designing and driving social networking and content management strategies
Working with product management to optimize existing websites for conversion
Designing and optimizing keywords, messaging and landing pages for conversion
Staying up-to-date on online marketing and web 2.0 strategies through a combination of seminars, research, and self-study
Candidate should be able to quickly recognize and scale winning tactics, as well as rapidly cut or adapt strategies that are not working. Candidate should have a passion for experimentation and a bias for quick actions that lead to rapid results.

| Capacités Requises: |
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in marketing, computer science, statistics or other relevant disciplines and 5+ years of online marketing experience across a range of disciplines (SEO, SEM, Affiliate, etc.) or the equivalent in years of experience
MBA preferred but not required
Proven ability to drive large traffic and conversion gains over time
Demonstrated ability to launch, track and optimize a variety of marketing campaigns at the same time
Ability to source, negotiate and manage third party marketing relationships
Extensive experience in evaluating and optimizing web site design and user experience, using tools such as Optimost
Experience implementing and using appropriate metrics and tools to drive marketing decisions
Experience with marketing via blogs, widgets and other social networking medium
Experience managing an online brand, maintaining clarity and consistency of brand standards across all media
Understanding of HTML, CSS, Flash and other common programming languages
Excellent written and oral communication skills
