For one of our customers we are actualy looking for a Radio Optimization
Engineer “EU Citizen Only”
The Radio Optimization specialist will manage among others the following
projects:
- Definition of recommended strategies and principles for Radio Network
Optimization (including Radio Resources Management).
- Building KPI for Radio Network Performance and setting targets in terms of
QoS, QoE.
- Producing engineering guidelines for field optimization with a focus on
Cost effective Solutions
- Definition of the generic parameters settings for the RAN suppliers in
line with the RRM strategies
- Definition and follow-up of R&D deliverables in the scope of Optimization.
- Provide support for the Radio Performance Tools definition (measurements
systems, post-processing tools, performance monitoring, etc…)
- Study and analysis the RRM algorithms of the RAN suppliers.

| Capacités Requises: |
Experience:
-GSM/GPRS/EDGE technology - at least 5 years with cellular operators and/or
BSS/UTRAN vendors
-3G, GSM, GPRS, EDGE network optimization
-with trace mobile and network analyzers
Knowledge
Practical experience in EDGE, UMTS or CDMA technology (RF planning, RRM and
Products)
-Good understanding of RAN architecture and RRM algorithms
-Able to produce documented engineering methods and procedures
Skills:
-Excellent project management, Good presentation, communication
Attitude:
-Flexible, autonomous, Team player
Languages:
-English mandatory, French and/or Dutch preferred
