Our client is a progressive and highly respected Trading and Distribution Group headquartered in the Middle East with operations throughout the Middle East, Africa, Europe and Asia. To strengthen the Finance Operations, they are seeking a very senior and dynamic Finance professional to be the strategic partner to with the key Business Unit in developing the overall financial strategy and
discipline.
US$250,000 – 300,000 p.a. plus variable bonus

• Reports to Vice President and Group Chief Financial Officer.
• Responsible for contributing to the establishment of the vision and
strategies objectives in conjunction with the Group’s values to ensure
sustainable business growth.
• Responsible for establishing and overseeing strategic plan, budget
process and finance policies, and to ensure their effective implementation
across business units to achieve business objectives.
• Responsible for leading, guiding, evaluating and developing a team of
finance executives and creating an organizational framework which
supports their development, recognizes meticulous performance and
encourages continuous improvement.
• Responsible for maintaining continuous communication with the
company’s senior management to inform them on financial performance of
its business units, key challenges, initiatives and progress related to the
business to ensure their support and “buy in” to major decisions. |
| Capacités Requises: |
• Qualified Accountant. MBA will be an added advantage.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance in a
large multinational.
• At least 5 years of commercial experience at senior management level.
• Experience in Retail and Distribution environment will be advantageous.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English. |
