| Description: |
•Responsible for reporting (local, group and management), budgeting, taxation;
•Supervise and control general accounting and manual journal entries;
•Keep good relationship with relevant Chinese authorities including CIRC, SAFE, Tax bureau;
•Participate in risk identification and relevant controlling procedure set up;
•Analyze cash flow, cost controls and expenses to guide senior management decisions. Analyze financial statements to pinpoint weak areas;
•Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing and auditing procedures in order to improve continuously the Accounting and Finance process;
•Implement a proactive tax management;
•Implement new information systems;
•Interact with other senior managers to provide support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports and recommendations;
•Develop the finance team’s profiles
