| Description: |
• Be responsible for marketing, corporate communications, product marketing development and public relations;
• Ensure the company’s products and services are in tune with consumer demand;
• Direct new product development and ensure the continuing appeal of existing offerings;
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan;
• Ensure marketing plan and actions are implemented in all branches;
• Work closely with actuarial team on pricing; create business requirements and product specifications for new product introductions;
• Contribute to the product development team by sharing expertise and insights;
• Validate product plans with distribution partners and other key stakeholders; Work closely with distribution and sales team;
• Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable market intelligence so that the company and its distributors can compete effectively.
