Business & Finance Consulting (BFC) specializing in consulting and researching the financial sector in emerging markets, offers a challenging job opportunity for Senior Financial Analyst (Development Banking)/Team Leader.
Duty station: Home Office with intermittent travel throughout Asia and Pacific
Job responsibilities:
• Lead a large team of experts in conducting analysis of banking sectors as well as financial analysis, gap analysis, ratio analysis and due diligence of selected banks
• Organize the work schedule and enhance the feedback of the managed team
• Review policies and strategies, corporate governance, and anti-money laundering policies
• Draft credit applications, develop credit policies and procedures
• Conduct trainings for financial analysts of the client institution
• Provide quality control and submit the reports and annual reports prepared by the team members
• Provide recommendations on credit applications based on international best practices
• Suggest risk management and reduction strategies

| Capacités Requises: |
Qualifications:
• Masters degree in finance, MBA or CFA or comparable degree
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, experience in Asian banks is an asset
• Strong background in assessing financial statements and liquidity of the financial institutions, and writing annual reviews
• Experience in managing and administering operations of financial institutions at an executive level is an asset
• Demonstrated ability in long-term strategic planning and business plan development
• Extensive experience in setting up corporate governance structures for financial institutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical skills, and proven ability to communicate results
• Strong report writing skills, preferably having written studies and publications
• Fluency in English is required.
