The selected candidate will deal with Swedish and Norwegian clients and assist them in the best possible way with all their requirements. S/he will guide the client in the purchase of the products according to their needs.The chosen person will be responsible for selling different financial corporate services to new clients and also maintaining existing ones. | Capacités Requises: |
The assignment includes working with customer support via mail and telephone as well as chat hosting, and chat.
The job requires that you are fluent in Norwegian and Swedish both in reading, writing and speaking. You also have to speak basic English and be computer literate. Experience in working with customer service experience is regarded as an asset.
