Job details:
*Contractor selection and tendering process including tender review, analysis, evaluation, negotiation and contract award
* Site administration including field correspondence, mitigation and resolution of change, claim and Backcharges, certified of interim payments and the agreement of the final account settlement, close-out activities and evaluation of contractor performance.

| Capacités Requises: |
* Commercially aware and familiar with the standard conditions of contract in energy industry.
* Possess risk management skills, strong technical, negotiation, coordination, leadership, team work attitude and problem solving skills
* Bachelor degree or Master degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering or related field
* Min 5 years experience of contracting activities for both Pre and Post contract award in oil & gas or petrochemical Construction Management position, PMC or EPC phase project is preferable
* Strong experience in preparation, execution, and administration of Bid package and Contract Documents is preferable
* Good command of spoken and written in English
* Must be Computer literate (MS office application)
* Thai / Filipino / Malaysia / Vietnam / Chinese or Indonesian applicants are encouraged to apply
