| Description: |
• Responsible for developing and implementing all aspects of human resources policy, HR strategic plans, tactical changes on recruitment, compensation & benefits model, reward system, performance appraisal & management system, reward & recognition strategy, training and career development planning for all level of employees.
• Managing the recruitment process which is sourcing, recruiting, selecting and hiring to serve company requirement.
• Provide human resources suggestions and supports to line managers in the development and maintenance of positive employee relations climate.
• Understand and maintain corporate compliance procedures with all relevant legislation affecting employment, health, safety and working environment of employees in all operating location.
• Handle and review Employees of Terms and Conditions, Overseas Assignment Contracts, visas and work permits applications for Thai and Expatriates staffs.
• Managing employee relations, general affairs and staff welfare issues.

| Capacités Requises: |
• Only Thai National, Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Personal Management, Social Science or other related fields
• At least 7 years experience in HRM in Large Organization /International Company
• Experience in EPC/Consultant Company is preferably
• Strong experience in recruitment both Locals and Expatriates
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels
• Self Motivation, team Spirit, Strong Leadership, Proactive and hands-on working style
• Fluent in spoken and written in English and Computer Literacy
• Strong HR knowledge and experience related to ISO-9001, 14001 and 18001.
