| Description: |
1. Responsible for running the OG&C Division including Budget responsibility, Sales / Marketing activities by managing structure of sales meetings/conventions., Administration, Staffing, Training, Systems improvement and interface with branch and other divisional managers.
2. Responsible for monitoring, identifying and recruiting additional staff requirements in line with business growth and development.
3. Responsible for identification of training requirements across departments and multi-skilling of staff in line with long term strategy to improve operational efficiency.
4. Responsible for driving the sales / marketing activities through the development and implementation of sales plans for traditional services, new services and cross selling between departments where appropriate.
5. Responsible for preparation, reporting and monitoring of monthly activities in line with company reporting format and schedules.
6. With assistance from the General Manager of Core Services responsible for the planning, preparation, implementation, monitoring and corrective action of business plans and budgets.
7. With assistance from the National Quality Manager responsible for driving the internal implementation of ISO 9000 within the OG&C Division and assist the branch managers with the process control components of ISO 9000 as they relate to inspection activities for OG&C services. To ensure appropriate training, documentation and implementation of procedures.
8. Define and implement a skills / salary matrix which will be used to categorize inspector’s competency levels. This matrix will in term be used for defining remuneration structure, job allocation, identifying training requirements in line with multi-skilling.
9. Responsible for development of your immediate supervisors. The objective being to nurture, support and train them to be effective managers, decision makers and problem solvers in the day to day activities thus reduce the reliance of the business on individuals.
10. Responsible for cost control in line with budgeted objectives and take preventative and corrective action when required.
11. Work closely with other divisional managers, offer constructive input at monthly meetings and assist in the cross selling of divisional services. This is particularly so with new businesses and services those affect your clients such as Certification and Training Services, Environment and Manpower Supplies.
12. Develop and implements sales and marketing strategy in coordination with sector’s global and regional strategy.
13. Authorized to quote non-standard prices for clients.

| Capacités Requises: |
• Male, Thai nationality, age over 40 years old
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field or Mariner education background
• Good command in English with TOEIC 750
• At least 8 years experience
• Experienced in petroleum and chemicals business, have senses of business and OGC inspection
• Captain or ship officer experience who experienced working of Marine tanker or having knowledge of petroleum inspection
• Computer literacy
• Strong Decision making, customer service orientation, planning & organizing, problem solving, relationship building and communication, leadership, management skills
