On behalf of our client, a leading manufacturer, importer and distributor of fast moving consumable goods we are looking to recruit an:
Area Sales Manager / Nicosia
Job Description:
- managing a team of not less than 50 people
- responsible for the combined performance of the team and for ensuring that everyone within their team reaches their targets
- operate incentive schemes that motivate members of their team to reach or exceed sales targets
- supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance
- liaising with other line managers
- maintaining detailed knowledge of the company’s products
- identifying new clients and helping with the marketing strategies

| Capacités Requises: |
- University Degree in marketing or business administration
- Relevant Experience Min. 4 years
- IT literate in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Organizational, negotiating and team building skills
- Customer focused
Remuneration:
€36.000 – €40.000 + bonus (performance based) + company car + mobile phone allowance
