BS Accounting graduate and/or any of the following:
CPA or CIA or Treasury Certified Professional
MBA degree holder
Bank officer with relevant working experience in a reputable bank
Project Management and Change capability
Strong product accounting (financial products) knowledge and experience required
Experienced in production of head office, statutory and regulatory reporting
Prior experience in implementations of general ledger systems and financial reporting packages an advantage
Ability to push architecture principles and related processes
Ability to work with different cultures and across different geographic locations
Business processes ability to map end to end processes (6 sigma knowledge preferable)
Previous experience with finance re-engineering programs – preferably in investment banking
Business Analysis skills - ability to decompose current processes and map to the future state and coming up with business solutions
Good understanding of end to end accounting and business flows
must be willing to work in Makati
