Requirements:
L Technical B.S. Degree required. (must have a CCNA Certification)
L Extensive knowledge of IP networking and applications running over networks
L Hands-on network & application troubleshooting experience
L Experience with routing protocols (RIP, OSPF, BGP)
L Understanding of how Telecommunication Service Providers install, test, and troubleshoot circuits; excellent computer skills including Unix.
L World-class skills in interfacing with customers and is willingness to go the “extra-mile” to assist them.
L Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, to include resources, priorities, and timelines.
Key Position Responsibilities:
L Support the operation of advanced IP network services
L Receive calls from customers to open trouble tickets
L Work trouble tickets to resolve customer and network issues
L Work with Telecommunication Service Providers to resolve circuit problems to resolution
L Work with Hardware/Software Vendors to resolve problems
L Work a rotating shift schedule
L Perform other duties as assigned
