Airfreight Manager:
Functional duties:
Handle the movement of import, export and transit air freight shipments
Prepare quotations for air freight movements of cargo
Make Follow Ups / Send Updates
Hold regular meetings with airlines, handling agents and other vendors
Liaise with vendors on the best possible conditions of air cargo carriage
Collect prices for required services
Maintain paperwork in proper order
Coordinate the carriage of air cargo with brokers, hauliers, airport authorities, airlines and any other vendors
Coordinate the carriage of air cargo with other internal departments and branches
Collect and submit for payment vendor’s invoices
Issue the required documentation
Make other reports as requested
Expand air freight activities within local market in UAE and promote air freight forwarding product in the market
Build up and maintain effective relationships with customers

| Capacités Requises: |
Experience in freight forwarding 3-5 years;
Knowledge of Customer Service and sales;
Computer literate;
Good working knowledge of both written and oral English language;
Able to handle multiple tasks, high communication skills, decision-making.
