Company: We are recruiting for a client that has a new shared service centre based in Greece. They are hiring staff to assist them support their customer base in Germany, France, Spain and Italy. They have customer service and IT support roles for German, French, Italian and Spanish speakers.
Role: You will answer queries from customers on a range of product and technical issues regarding their account. These requests will be very varied and may involve sorting account management.
Skills: The ideal candidate will speak fluent German, French, Spanish or Italian plus excellent English. Candidates should have supported customers in a previous role either face-to-face or on the phone and be very confident dealing with business customers.
