Our client company is one of the worlds leading manufacturers of high-tech specialized power supplies for the medical, industrial and scientific industries. This multi-site manufacturing company has an urgent need for a Human Resources Manager in their growing China facility. The company has an impressive list of well established customers and is expanding their workforce. In this role you report directly to the Director of Operations who is a strong mentor and an excellent leader. This position is initially a part time permanent position that has very real potential to transition into a full time position very quickly for a top notch performer.
In the role of Human Resources Manager you will be responsible for handling all human resource issues, policies, procedures as well as providing resolutions for employment issues. You will need to have a strong knowledge base in OSHA guidelines and be able to coordinate employee training in necessary areas. Your duties will also include managing employment contracts and recruiting personnel for the facilities expansion.
The qualified candidate for Human Resources Manager MUST HAVE:
• Eight (8) plus years of human resources experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of OSHA laws.
• Experience working with China labor laws and contracts.
• Experience in the resolution of employment issues.
• Fluent (write and speak) in both English and Mandarin.
• Currently located in Suzhou, or willing to relocate yourself.
Note: This job is ideally suited for a Chinese National based in Suzhou, China and fluent in Chinese and English.
