Interior Project Manager
Ministry of Design is looking for an Interior Project Manager for its large interior projects in Beijing, including 4 projects with renowned developer SOHO China.
This international practice is famous for its hospitality, residential and office projects in Singapore and Beijing.
Job Scope:
- Implementation of interior architectural projects in Beijing; including high end residential and mixed use buildings in Beijing’s CBD
- Manage the development and completion of projects in a manner consistent with firm-wide standards for project delivery
- Work independently to lead and direct the on-site implementation of design intentions
- Directly liaising between client and Head office in Singapore
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Interior Design or Architecture
- Min 3 years of project experience
- Strong organizational skills – ability to plan, prioritize and multi-task
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Meticulous with details, with a big-picture perspective to solving design issues
- Passionate about spatial design and its impact on experiences
