purpose Of Job
The main responsibility of the M, E& I Campaign Operations Support Site Representative is to manage project implementation of all construction works offshore for SCO, being the responsible party / focal point offshore on all major campaign Mechanical works in compliance with BSP rules and regulations and safety practices. To assist senior M/E/I Campaign Operations Support Site Representative in Contract reporting and execution managing the day to day offshore works, and ensure all the HSE and Quality requirement are adhered to.
Principal accountabilities
1 Execute in a safe manner all construction projects. Such as, Major modification works, campaign works, project works, including installation, testing of new equipment within given scopes, designs and specification.
2 Ensure the contractor meets the Company requirements especially when related to safety quality and deliverables.
3 Utilise existing administrative systems to improve effectiveness of reporting and thus control of
Constructions activities.
4 Manage contractors (projects & maintenance activities) on existing oil and gas facilities in shutdown and concurrent production modes.
5 Verify the correctness of the Mechanical activity progress
6 Verify the ARS for the scaffoldings signed by the site supervisor
7 Approve the contractor timesheets
8 Prepare Daily and Monthly Reports.
9 Verify the correctness of the as-built drawings done by the contractor.
10 Manage the construction work request (CWR) or Engineering Work Request (EWR)
11 Verify the correctness of the site survey
12 Check and issue material issue voucher (MIV) to contractor and action follow up of shortfalls

| Capacités Requises: |
Qualifications
Required:
Minimum B-TEC level or Approved Apprenticeship and further career development with minimum of 10 yrs of experience in Project Management. Proven experience with the preparation and execution of oil and gas / petrochemical Construction works. Be conversant with M/E/I/ disciplined tasks and activities .
Preferred:
Trained discipline M/E or I. Hands on experience. Undertaken Multi disciplined training. Good understanding of Contractual issues, and planning.
Competence Required
Experience
Shall be BSP pension able staff with a minimum 5 years in Onshore and Offshore Engineering Industry? Must be main disciplined trained with knowledge and experience in other disciplined activities.
Training
All core personnel development and HSE relate literate and Mechanical training. Project Management,
Special Abilities
Computer literate and Self-motivated/driven, high commitments, good PR and good leadership skills.
