1. Develop and keep updated the Project Summary Schedule.
2. Develop and keep updated the Project Master Schedule.
3. Review and analyze Contractors scheduling and planning documents (including related procedures).
4. Monitor Project progress.
5. Work closely with contract engineers and packages management on the prevention, identification and monitoring of change orders from Contractors
6. Identify potential delays, analyze and propose corrective actions as required to ensure due completion of the Project.
7. Prepare the Project Planning procedure.
8. Supervise and coordinate activities of planning engineers assigned to the various Project Work Packages.
9. Contribute to Project reporting
Duration : 1 year in Paris and 2 years in Gabon (Port Gentil), residential status |
