Responsibilities
• Responsible for on-site validation and consulting services for Quality Control products related to microbiological monitoring (Sterility, bioburden and environmental testing),
• Co-operate closely with the sales organization to secure/increase the business and build up customer intimacy,
• Transmit customers feed-back to Product Management and R&D Group to promote useful improvements on validation documents, service offering and new products introduction.

| Capacités Requises: |
Technical Competencies
• High degree in related biological sciences: Biology/microbiology, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical technology,
• A proven technical experience of minimum 3 years in validation and/or quality control acquired in a pharmaceutical environment is mandatory,
• Beholds a comprehensive knowledge of the regulatory environment and trends (GLP, GMP, Pharmacopoeia, International standards, etc),
• Minimum experience in a customer related environment,
• Good knowledge to efficiently use IT tool (MS Office, Lotus Notes),
• Fluent in Italian and English. A third European language is a plus.
Interpersonal Competencies
• Capable of effectively interacting with customers (phone, visits),
• Very organized person in order to handle several technical questions,
• Ability to promote Millipore’s positions,
• Ability to promote a strong sense of urgency to complete tasks on time,
• Ability to solve problems creatively,
• Ability to work independently, with strong execution, planning and prioritization skills.
We are looking for a self-starter, a proactive individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to be autonomous and to work in a multicultural environment.
• Area to cover : Mainly Italy + some trips in Europe
• Presence in the field is 60 % to 70 % of the working time.
