Execute the Dimensional inspection and Quality Control activities on site, in order to guarantee the partial and overall dimensioal compliance of the fabricated structures
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience:
1. Executes the dimensiona / topographic inspections during alll phases of the process of construction / erection activities on site. following relevant specified procedures.
2. Issues the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, write and send to Quality Control Supervisor non-conformances reports.
3. Control of proper calibration of all measuring equipment.
4. Control and perform all measurements during mark- out and fit up
5. Checks and perform all measurements during welding
6. Checks and perform all measurements after welding ( and PWHT if any) .
7. Checks and perform all measurements during preparation of assembly area and support points .
8. Checks and perform all measurements during fit up of subassemlies
9. Checks and prepare the "as built" dimensional dossier relevant to final assembly bin line with specified project requirements.
10. Assist engineering during constructability analysis with regard to tolerances definition and consistency.
