Tasks:
Manages and Coordinates (at Corporate/Operative Company Level) the provision of Assistance and advice to Business/Operative Companies on Contractual / Legal aspect relevant to the stipulation of contracts and Cooperation agreements up to Contract Award.
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience:
1) Manages and Coordinates the Contracting Activities during the Bidding Phase relevant to: - Analizing the Tender / Contract Documents, prepare summary of Key Contract conditions and review, qualify or amend Tende. Contact Wording for the better protection of Company interests; - Analyzing and/or preparing Cooperation Agreements, Partnerships, Joint-Ventures, etc; - Participating in the Negociation and formulation of Contracts and Cooperation agreements with Clients and Partners; - Giving assistance and advice, when required by process, in the interpretation of contractual clause and in the preparation of legal opinions during the contract execution phase in case of litigations and for the stipulation of subcontracts; - Researching laws and draw up any kind of negociation/legal document required by any Company Unit;
2) Supervises the apllication of Company guidelines and Standards relevant to contracting;
3) Manages the Resources assigned to Contracting and develop their professional competences;
