The agent`s role is to contact families who have requested coverage through our proprietary lead program and schedule an appointment to put the coverage they requested in place. We have a surplus of leads nationwide but not enough agents to work them. By utilizing our lead program, our agents spend only 10% of their time prospecting and 90% of their time in front of clients selling.
Our agents have access to a broad portfolio of life insurance and fixed indexed annuity products from A rated insurance carriers. Most of our applications are submitted non-medically and get issued within 2 weeks.
Our agents are not required to maintain quotas to stay with our company. We do require agents to always do whats in the best interest of the families they serve.
Part time agents work from 6 - 20 hours per week and averaged $42,000 a year income. Full time agents and agency managers make $75000 $150,000 per year income.
