We are looking for Kronos Rostering & Scheduling Consultants to join a prestigious client in Singapore. To be successful in this role you will have solid experience with KRONOS v.6 will ideally be a Super User in this field.
Kronos Rostering & Scheduling Consultant (kronos v.6)
Responsibilities:
Management:
Building a weekly, 6 week, and a long term roster of up to 1 year Ensure optimal staff allocation, taking account of various conditions and various types of leave.
Advice staff and managers on the correct procedures and award regulations and responsibilities Implement, review and amend rostering and scheduling principles and procedures.
Supervise Staff Allocation Officer`s.
Monitoring:
Review all leave changes to schedule. Receive information from managers or employees in relation to shift coverage and absenteeism and report on a daily basis.
Monitor and report on scheduling and staffing performance and act to rectify unfavorable trends Review Training Development and Engineering requests.
Reporting:
Send schedule plan to Roster Manager for approval.
Prepare accurate and timely leave balance reports to management and payroll officers as required Provide accurate information to payroll to ensure correct recording and payment on a weekly basis.
Soft Skills:
Should be a confident communicator who is able to work effectively with all levels of personnel. Should be a multi-tasker who is able to manage both workload and personnel effectively and delegate tasks as and when appropriate.
Should have strong awareness of governance and procedures related to safety, training and development.
This is a 1yr contract further renewable based on performance. Overseas Candidates are welcome to apply regardless of Visa Status.
