| Description: |
Ability to design document and implement organization charts policies, procedures, job descriptions, compensation, trainings needs, programs to our clients.
Build a HR agenda and define priorities in alignment with organization strategy
Active use of recruitment tools: job flow – hire system. Ability to conduct and interpret HR analysis and amend plans accordingly
Build network with HR professionals outside, conferences, knowledge sharing forums, etc to be up-to-date on new HR systems, competitor`s initiatives, manpower plans of other similar organizations, etc
Prepare an HR policy manual based on the business goals, mission & vision of the organization and the initiatives already taken
Plan, direct, and coordinate human resource management activities of an organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.
Supporting the recruitment function by screening, interviewing and selecting candidates, whenever required while ensuring efficient comments documentation. Maintains budget spreadsheet that includes salaries, payroll taxes and fringe allowances.
Liaise with recruitment agencies to source high quality candidate shortlist for specific roles.
Working on HR module of SQL ERP system, test and validate the system for ensuring correctness and linkage to other systems being run Will Be An Advantage. |
| Capacités Requises: |
Excellent computer skills.
Experience of local/ recruitment drives, and international recruitment fairs
Self Starter – able to identify opportunities and initiate actions
Close attention to details, time management to meet deadlines
Multi-tasks oriented with strong focus, organizing skills.
Recognizable communication skills with problem solving ability and the will to
learn and make use of new experiences.
Excellent communication skills, ability to deal with candidates and employees at all levels
Experience in Performance Management Activities
Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system /RMS (Recruitment Management System) preferred.
Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
Ability to multi-task in fast-paced dynamic environment. |
