Our client is searching for a Marketing Experience / Retention Manager to help with the analysis of new visitors to the website to ensure they are retained as customers. You will assess and enhance their early experiences on the variety of products / websites identifying the chances to ensure they are retained. You will report on all their movements on the websites assessing general and specific trends and looking at fall out rates, journey maps etc. You will also look at email campaigns to review their effectiveness and response times etc.
You will ideally have solid experience in both website usability and CRM direct email campaigns. You will also have experience in analysing customer experience and performing detailed competitor analysis. You will therefore have strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills. You will work to develop a deep understanding of customer expectations and experiences of the products in order to develop creative and innovative ideas.
Salary circa £35k
