| Description: |
- Responsible for working closely with rest of the AMS support team and outside AMS (including 3rd parties) when dealing with problems, and participate in Root Cause Analysis and Post Incident Reviews such that measures can be implemented to prevent reoccurrence.
- Will need to perform in-hours support.
- Experience in Oracle Retail modules (formerly Retek) version 11.0 onwards
- Knowledge of retail would be beneficial
