Purpose of Job
To manage and provide Technical Support & Solutions to asset.
To manage and execute small and medium projects including well tie, FRPC projects and facilities improvement (brown field).
Principal accountabilities
Manage small and medium Projects (well tie ins, FRPC, facilities improvement (brown field)) within the planned budget and schedules.
Manage specialist staff who will provide assistance to the Production Operations division to investigate process operations problems and recommend suitable short term solutions to these.
Provide Technical Support & Solution to Operation & Maintenance team to optimise the plants operation & production.
Coordinate field trials and to coordinate production departments evaluation of new equipment and liaise with vendors to identify possible application.
Ensure that technical proposals are implemented through the appropriate project route by raising APF, IRE or 502F.
Actively participate in training and development of GFEs

| Capacités Requises: |
Qualifications
Required Degree & equivalent engineering qualification with a minimum of 8 years experience.
Preferred Qualified discipline engineer in any of the Process, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrument Engineering disciplines.
Competence Required
Experience A qualified discipline engineer with a minimum of 5 years experience in design and construction and 3 years experience in Project Management. Line Operational experience advantageous.
Training
Multi-discipline engineering knowledge. (Mainly Process, Instrument, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering).
Good leadership and negotiating skills are necessary to balance the conflicting priorities of the project matrix team, and contractors, to produce solution in the best overall interest of BSP.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Special Abilities
Full understanding of HSE & Contract management principles and their applications in BSP.
Working knowledge of all relevant BSP HSE regulations including procedures, guidelines and work instructions.
