| Description: |
Purpose
To assist the General Manager, Water Resources Department in all non-revenue water works implementation works at site to ensure timely completion of projects to established quality and envoiromental standards and in accordance to stipulated Client / contractural requirements.
Principle Role
To be responsible for the overall implementation and success of project completion within the given time frame and the budget allocated.
To assist the General manager, Water Resources in planning and overseeing all works contributing to the construction, verification and calibration of hydraulic network model and to the developement and implementation of leakage reduction program involving all aspects of NRW reduction works.
Interprets and enforce companies policies and operational procedures to subordinate supervisors and directs their activities in accordance to ISO requirements.
Interprets and understand the Quality and Envoiromental Policy derived for the QMS & EMS respectively within the division.
Interprets and understand envoironment significant aspects and their related hazards.
Collaborate with the Project Manager / Site Agent and the Management Representative on identifying improvements to the quality and enviromental management systems implemented at the office and at site.
To maintain and foster good public relations with Clients and Consultant representitives from regulatory bodies and agencies, etc..
To respond to enquires from Clients and external interested parties in a prompt and efficient manner.
To conduct project post mortem meetings to deliberate on matters / complaints arising during project implementation and to establish preventitive measure to avoid recurrence.
Carry out special jobs assigned by the General Manager, Water Resources Department.
