| Description: |
Full responsibility for the software products and other tasks listed
Participating in internal and external audits required by IBM or the customer
Handling and following-up on CIRATS issues
Handling and following-up on ITT issues
Documentation of the installation and the parameter settings
Compilation of security documentation like GSD331
Participating and coordinating the complete mainframe deliverables in D/R tests
Install, customize and implement product upgrades and changes including z/OS and ISPF changes
Maintenance updates, implementation of new features and more.
Error investigation, debugging and production problem solving related to products. Participate in situation management.
Debugging performance problems (might be related to other products, than the ones specified above).
Advise customer and colleagues on use, upgrades and new features/parameters.
Advise colleagues on system programming issues.
Participate in projects such as customer migrations, disaster/recovery verification tests, upgrades, implementing new functionality and more.
Coordinate any change required by the product e.g.security access, CICS, DB2 or any other required change. Coordinate use of system programmer environment.
Inform and coordinate with customer, colleagues, operation and more when relevant
Verification of user ID logon/access to relevant customer systems on a regular basis.
Coordinate with other competencies when needed

| Capacités Requises: |
University graduate with a technical degree
2 years
Experience planning for coordinating zSeries (OS/390) systems hardware upgrades
Experience maintaining troubleshooting of 3rd party software packages such as MQ, Visions (or Mimix), EDI software, faxing solutions
Knowledge of JCL, COBOL
Knowledge and experience with RACF, Top Secret (TSS), VSAM, ISPF, CICS
Knowledge of Control-M (ECS and Mainframe)
Customize software settings.
Making PMR’s (dumps, parameter settings and textual description of the problem)
Other Requirements:
Strong experience on system programming tasks on z/OS
Must have worked in big and international teams
